Wilfords is an independent estate agency based in the heart of Kensington. They offer a personalised boutique service with the clout of a large corporate agent.
 
 
Wilfords required a 12 month corporate advertising campaign. The goal was to make them stand out in a crowded market place and get people talking, while helping to define the brand personality. 
 
 
Bespoke illustrations were applied to a series of adverts, showcasing on the reasons clients choose Wilfords over other estate agents. By combining vintage Victorian engravings to create unusual and surreal compositions, a campaign was created using these unique images to communicate the reasons as to why customers should appoint Wilfords.
 
The result is an impressive series of adverts featuring truly unique images. Published across multiple London property magazines, the campaign has provided Wilfords with valuable market presence that is imperative within an extremely competitive sector.
 
The campaign was recently shortlisted for a Transform Award - Best use of visual property
