The challenge was to create a brand identity and provide an effective marketing plan for the development, whilst differentiating between the townhouses and apartments. A brand was required that would reflect the unique local culture and convey a contemporary feel in order to appeal to their target audience of young families, young professionals and the bohemian spirited.
 
Through the thoughtful use of typography, watercolour and contemporary illustrations we were able to create a standout identity for the development that could be effectively marketed across various communication platforms.
